The hotel is ideally located just off the square in St Anne's, close to restaurants and shops. Guests can enjoy walks along the sandy beach, as the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the dried salty sand. it is conveniently situated opposite a lovely park, providing a pleasant view for guests.

The room key didn't work first time, causing a delay at check-in.

Fabulous rate, upgraded to 2 bed apartment, stylish and retro, TVs in each room, great for children, lovely property.

No car valeting refund.

Had a very nice stay on a business trip, glad I've chosen it. The staff was knowledgeable and more than adequate, the breakfast offered was above average with variety of food.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

We loved the amazing location of this hotel, just a short walk away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants in St Annes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with fresh towels provided and a well-maintained pool and sauna. The free breakfast was a great perk, with unlimited Starbucks coffee and a variety of delicious options like cereals, croissants, and yogurts. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with hot drinks upon arrival.

All was good.

The place was outstanding and restaurant was good. The continental breakfast was warm, had cereal, croissants and fruit. Generally everything was perfect, yet the bathroom was cold. All staff was brilliant, solved my issues.

Fairly clean and amazing accom with great location near the beach as well as lovely cafe which was recommended by reception.

The rooms at Hy Hotel Lytham St Annes BW Premier Collection were absolutely stunning. I was impressed with the high-spec furnishings and the well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything I needed was provided, from pots and pans to an iron and washing machine. The TVs and WiFi were also top-notch. Plus, the view of the beach and sea from the lounge was a bonus.

Although there were a few minor issues with the accommodation, such as limited storage space and a small second bedroom, these were overshadowed by the overall quality of the rooms and amenities.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, it' an a top-notch place. Offered more than adequate and above average breakfast.

The staff provided excellent service and helped with luggage.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre was top, notch, with a relaxing indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the massage and beauty treatments at the spa lounge were rejuvenating. the location advantage was unbeatable , right on the beach with beach access and stunning views.

There was only one minor issue, which was the service at the leisure/TV room. the staff was not attentive or polite, but it did not ruin the overall luxurious experience offered by this hotel.
